Eddie Gallier – Personal Trainer

Years ago I ran cross country track, competed in orienteering events, trained in Martial Arts and was trained as a US Army Combat Engineer. Combat Engineers go ahead sometimes under fire to make bridges, roads, airstrips and the area safe for the Marines. All that physical activity stopped over 30 years ago. I was 57, obese and had suffered through three major health scares when I woke up to myself. I started my journey back into fitness hardly able to walk a few hundred metres with out feeling pain and fatigue. In less than 17 months I ran the Sydney City to Surf run. I have run some half marathons and am doing long distance cycling. I truly understand what the mature body goes through when entering a fitness program.  I am enjoying the benefits of improved fitness and am keen to help you enjoy them.
