About you and your fitness goal:  Just want to keep fit and get stronger as I see fitness as an important part of living well. How often do you train:  Once a week What benefits/ results have you experienced : Muscle gains, increased strength and general overall well being. What made you choose Eddie as your trainer: I was interested in the challenge of a personal trainer. What do you like about working in a fitness studio as opposed to a gym: I find it easier to focus on what I am doing.  You never have to wait for a machine and you have a trainer there the whole time to assist and motivate you. What advice would you give to someone looking to get into training:  Never give up and remember nothing ever comes easy and without sacrifice.  Eat well.
