About you and your fitness goal:  My body was starting to get a little stiff and creaky. I wanted to increase strength and get more movement and flexibility. How often do you train:  Twice a week What benefits/ results have you experienced : I am getting stronger. I creak less in the mornings and am getting fitter overall. What made you choose Eddie as your trainer: I could tell from the assessment process that Eddie was careful and systematic in determining the best program for me. He has a focus on safety, and working within safe limits, which I find reassuring. Eddie gives individual service, and is genuinly interesting in helping you along your fitness journey. What do you like about working in a fitness studio as opposed to a gym: I used to find it hard to stay motivated in a gym environment. It was tempting to skip the exercises that I did not like, and I hated waiting for weights machines. The Fitness Studio has ready access to all the necessary equipment. There are normally only one or two people training at a time. The environment is much more friendly and supportive. I believe I derive more benefit from a Fitness Studio environment. Also, the fees are pay as you go. There are no fixed contracts. What advice would you give to someone looking to get into training:  I believe some sort of training is essential for everyone, at any age. There are so many health benefits. Find a trainer you trust and a training environment that works for you. Then just keep doing it. Like all journeys, there may be ups and downs, but if you have a professional trainer supporting you, and you put in the effort you WILL progress and enjoy the benefits.  Just do it !!
