About you and your fitness goal:  I wanted to continue on my fitness, work towards furthering my strength and endurance.  It is nice to feel strong and healthy, build muscle and lose fat.  I want to feel good about myself. How often do you train:  Five days per week. What benefits/ results have you experienced :  Ed is a wonderful trainer.  We worked on my goals and I feel stronger and healthier.  I love the variety of training we do making each session interesting. What made you choose Eddie as your trainer:  Ed is a strong trainer.  He is very knowledgeable and has a great way of making training fun and varied.  He set good, attainable goals and pushes you to achieve them. What do you like about working in a fitness studio as opposed to a gym:  It is more personal and suited to my needs. It is great to have the use of all the equipment without waiting.  You can work at your own pace. What advice would you give to someone looking to get into training:  Getting started is the hardest part but once you do it is fantastic.  You see the results and your fitness level increasing.  Training then becomes fun and a fact of life.  Your happiness and motivation will increase.
